Kingz Europe offers FREE SHIPPING to all countries in Europe.* Orders are shipped via UPS, and all orders include a tracking number. The following chart details the shipping services we offer, including estimated rates (varies depending on package weight and ultimate destination) and estimated delivery times in business days (business days do not include weekends and holidays).

Please note, for some rural/remote areas, our couriers may charge a surcharge for shipping.  If they do we will email you an invoice after you place your order with the additional charges.  If you would like to know if your area is effected by a surcharge you can call or email us anytime to check.

The deadline for same day shipping is 3.30pm UK time (BST)..

*Please note: Minimum order value applies, and varies per country. Any import taxes of your country are not covered as part of the shipping fee.

WHOLSALE SHIPPING

Wholesale accounts do not get access to the free shipping threshold.  We charge a flat rate per 20kg box (12 gis on average) for most European Countries.  We will inform you of the cost to your region when we set up your wholesale account, or you can email us any time to get this information.

For some Countries, there may be a surcharge on the flat rate shipping fee, if there is we will generally email you an invoice to cover the difference after we receive your order and can check the shipping cost.  If you wish to know the cost up front, please email us.  Countries included in the surcharge often include:  Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Morocco, Angola and others.

 

Terms and Conditions

Use of our website is conditional on your accepting the Terms and Conditions  set out below. 

Faulty Items

You can return any item that is faulty or not as described on our website.  Before returning such an item please advise Customer Services by e-mail at support@kingzeurope.com confirming your name order number and the nature of the fault. We will reply to your e-mail to arrange return of the item.

The item must be returned in accordance with the section on Returning Items. Where it is accepted as faulty or wrongly described we will refund the full amount and any shipping costs incurred.

We will not refund for faults not arising as a result of the manufacturing process ie. those due to accidental or deliberate damage or damage caused as a result of any misuse of the item.

 

Refunds

If you change your mind about an item you have purchased will accept its return and refund the cost of the item less one standard shipping charge.

Items can only be accepted for refund if they are retuned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to accept items returned after the 30 day period.

Returned items must be in the condition as sent to you and re-saleable. Items that have been worn or washed are soiled or otherwise damaged will not be accepted for refund.

Items that are returned crumpled not correctly folded or which require re-tagging or re-packaging will be subject to a restocking fee to cover the cost of returning the item to a re-saleable condition.

 

Exchanges

We do not exchange items. However if you require a different item to that which you have purchased you can return the original item subject to the conditions set out in the Refunds section then order the alternative item via our website in the normal way.

 

Returning Items

Before returning an item for any reason please advise Customer Services by e-mail at support@kingzeurope.com confirming your name and order number and indicating the reason for the return.

You should ensure that the item you are returning is securely packaged in such a way as to avoid damage to it whilst in transit back to us. You should use a delivery service that provides a “signed for” and tracking service. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit back to us.

Once the item is received back at our Distribution Depot we will deal with your refund. Refunds will be made via the same means as used to purchase the item.

Undelivered Items

Rejected or undelivered items will be returned to us by the shipper. If you require us to re-send the item we will do so subject to payment of a standard shipping charge. If you do not request us to re-send it we will treat your order as cancelled and refund the amount paid less a standard shipping charge.
